This session will provide an in-depth exploration of current and upcoming EU regulations focused on circularity, such as the Packaging Directive, Ecodesign Regulation, CSRD (Circularity focus) and the Circular Economy Action Plan, and their implications for the port of Rotterdam.

This presentation will be led by Aglaia Fischer from KPMG. In addition, Drea Berghorst from Plastics Europe will share her insights into the legislative process in Brussels and their role in shaping these policies. These valuable perspectives will help navigate the complex landscape of EU legislation and better prepare for future developments.
